PURPOSE:When a surface active agent is made to act on an aqueous casein solution and hsed as a photoresist material, the lipid in casein is removed to prevent the coating film from seeding, cissing and bubbling. CONSTITUTION:After casein is dissolved in aqueous ammonia, a surface active agent mainly consisting of a straight-chain alcohol ethoxylate is added by 0.01- 5wt% based on the solid casein, mixed and stood to cause coagulation of lipids. Then, the coagulated lipids are removed. |
