GAS DIFFUSION AIR POLE

摘要

PURPOSE:To make the electromotive force as an air pole to be the mixed potential shown by gamma-MnO2 and beta-MnO2 while to exhibit the activated catalytic performance sufficiently by employing the mixture of beta-MnO2 and gamma-MnO2 with the active carbon. CONSTITUTION:50wt% of mixed manganese dioxide where gamma-MnO2 and beta-MnO2 produced by thermally processing gamma-MnO2 under the temperature of 350 deg.C is mixed with 50wt% of active carbon and 10wt% of acetylene black as the conductive material while furthermore 30wt% of water dispersion of poly-tetra- fluoro-ethylene having 60wt% of solid state component is mixed as the binder to produce the paste. Then it is applied on a nickel screen to produce a sheet having the thickness of 0.5mm., and after drying it is punched out and the porous poly-4-ethylenefluoride film is contacted tightly to produce the air pole.
