PURPOSE:To charge the minutely powdered coat into a transportation container in high density and inert state by installing a compression device, deaerating device, and inert gas injector in the captioned apparatus. CONSTITUTION:When minutely powdered coal is charged into a transportation container, a vertical screw 15 is installed in the lower part of the conical hopper of a compressor 3, and two rolls 19 freely in biting each other are installed at the exit of the hopper, and the coal is compacted and the amount of minutely powdered coal pushed-out is controlled by the revolution of the rolls and the screw, and the gas or air in the transportation container 14 is extracted by the deaerating device 10, and minutely powdered coal is charged, and then inert gas is injected into the transportation container 14 by an inert gas injector 9. |
