PURPOSE:To collectively process correction of plural wire rods as a single bundle of wire rods, in a device for correcting flexion and processing alignment of the wire rod of electric wire and the like, by arranging tapered conically trapezoidal rollers in a reverse direction to each other, advancing the wire rods in a route between said rollers and correcting the wire rods through said rollers. CONSTITUTION:A vertical directional wire rod correction device A'' and horizontal directional wire rod correction device B'' are provided, and their correcting rollers (7a, 7a'), (7b, 7b') are interposed with a wire rod passing route and formed by tapered conically trapezoidal rollers mutually in a reverse direction, then a wire rod bundle 8 is collectively moved to the central part of the rollers. The wire rod bundle 8, horizontally corrected by a combination of the correcting rollers (7b, 7b'), is inverted by traction driving of a feed-out side D, twisted 90 deg. and guided into the vertical directional wire rod correction device A'', and the wire rod bundle 8 is collectively corrected in a vertical direction. |
