<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the program search time in case of a large tape winding diameter and prevent a tape from being cut in the feeding terminal by automatically controlling the rotating speed of a driving rotating reel so that the rotation cycle of a following-up rotating reel is fixed in the fast-forwarding mode. CONSTITUTION:The rotation cycle of the following-up rotating reel is varied by the tape winding diameter of the following-up rotating reel and the change of the peripheral length proportional to this diameter in the fast-forwarding mode. This varied rotation cycle is detected by a rotation detector 8, and the rotative speed of a driving rotating reel motor 1 is controlled by a motor driver 3 so that this rotation cycle is fixed, and thereby, the tape feeding speed is increased when the tape winding diameter of the following-up rotating reel is large, and the tape feeding speed is automatically reduced when the tape winding diameter of the following-up rotating reel is small, namely, the tape feeding terminal approaches.</p> |
