<p>PURPOSE:A blast furnace dehumidifying plant capable of effectively dehumidifying without casuing trouble due to frosting, having an intermediate heat medium system consisting of carburetor, cooler, and auxuliary heater. CONSTITUTION:The carburetor 10 and the cooler 3 are connected to the tube 23 with the pump 92 and the tube 24, the tube 25 and the tube 26 are branched from the middle portions of respective tubes 23 and 24 on the downstream side of the pump 92 and connected to the auxiliary heater 11 so that respective gas phases and respective liquid phases are connected, forming an intermediate heat medium system. LNG stored at a low temperature and under atmospheric pressure in the storage tank 8 is sent to the carburetor 10 through the tube 19 by the pump 91, where LNG is vaporized by heating and blasted into the blast furnace 7. On the other hand, blast air for blast furnace coming from the intake 1 is cooled by the cooler 3 to condense the moisture of the atmosphere into water. The intermediate heat medium confined in the intermediate heat medium system is cooled by LNG at the carburetor, condensed and liquified.</p> |
