PURPOSE:To prevent choking with carbon between a poppet part and the main body of a needle valve by connecting a nozzle of the poppet part of the valve to a space between the poppoet part and the main body of the valve. CONSTITUTION:A poppet part 1a of a needle valve 1 is constructed of a convex part 4 provided at the top of the needle valve 1 and a nozzle ring 5 fast fixed round the convex part 4. A large-diameter part 5a of the nozzle ring 5 is fitted to a fitting part 4b of the convex part 4, and a nozzle 6 is formed by a small- diameter 5a and a nozzle part 4c of the convex part 4. An annular space 7 is provided between a taper part 4a of the convex part 4 in the above-said poppet part 1a and a valve main body 2, and connected to the nozzle 6 via connecting holes 8 provided in the poppet part 1a. Carbon is issued by combustion. But, the nozzle 6 provided near the center of the poppet part 1a permits to obtain a smaller caliber and a greater space S2, and is prevented from choking with the carbon. |
