PURPOSE:To improve dehydration effect by specifying shapes and positions of plural rollers among which endless filter belts are extended in a device which supplies sludge the upper and lower stacked endless filter belts and dehydrates the sludge while moving the filter bets. CONSTITUTION:Two endless filter belts 21 and 22 are stacked and circulated through intermediate rollers 111-115 and a high pressure roller 10; sludge (m) is supplied from an intake 8 to between both the filter belts to be dehydrated, and then discharged from an outlet 9 as dehydrated cake m''. In this casem the intermediate pressure rollers 111-115 among which the filter belts are extended are arranged from lower to upper while decreased in diameter, and the filter belts moving from a front roller to a succeeding roller faces down. The belts after passing the intermediate pressure roll group passes the high pressure belt dehydration part A of the high pressure roller 10, and the water in the sludge is removed efficiently to take the hydrated cake m'' out of the outlet 9 by a scraper 16. |
