PURPOSE:A phosphorus-containing phenolic chelate resin is used to remove the coloring components in Japanese SAKE, expecially ferric ion in ferric lysine by adsorption effectively. CONSTITUTION:A phenolic chelate resin in which primary and/or secondary alkylamino groups are introduced into the phenol nuclei and a part or all of the hydrogen atoms in the amino groups are substituted with methylenephosphonate groups, is used as an adsorbent, for example, 0.5-3vol%, preferably 1-2vol% of the adsorbent is added to a coloring SAKE and they are stood at 5-35 deg.C, preferably 15-25 deg.C for 24-48hr with occasional shaking. |
