PURPOSE:To improve productivity by encasing a tire not completed having no side wall section and tread section into a die for injection molding, injecting and molding a rubber only to the side wall section and the tread section and vulcanizing and finishing them. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical carcass body 10 into which a bead wire 9 is incorporated is shaped, and a base tire 10a is manufactured. A die 3 for an inner mold is assembled into the base tire 10a, and an upper ring 5 and a lower ring 6 are incorporated to the die, and set up to a drag 2. The rubber is injected into an internal void 16 forming the tread section from a spout 4. The rubber is heated and pressed and vulcanized, and the finished tire is manufactured. |
