PURPOSE:To allow two-axis angle adjustment with good stability and simple and small-sized construction, by providing a screw means for adjusting a minute angle displacement with rotating operation via a moving means for a reading element. CONSTITUTION:To adjust the orthogonality between a light beam 4 and a disk 6, a bolt 20 screwed to a holder 18 and press-contacted on a reading element 16 is rotated. The element 16 is rotated in the arrow C direction around an axis 17 to adjust the orthogonality in a YZ plane. To adjust the orthogonality in an XZ plane, a bolt 24 is rotated. The holder 18 is rotated to the arrow D against a coil spring 23 and the orthogonality in the XZ plane is adjusted and the orthogonality between the light beam 4 and the disc 6 can be adjusted. Thus, two- axial stable angle adjustment with simple and small-sized construction can be performed. |
