PURPOSE:To make the logging of data for storage control etc. for a restaurant easy, by saving the man-power for jobs printing of tickets, office work for inquiries and deduction of cost from salary, and daily log, through the use of magnetic cards in common use for identification cards, when a lot of personnel of companies and governmental agencies use a restaurant. CONSTITUTION:A restaurant utilizing card 1 is given to each user of a restaurant, the card 1 is provided with a picture 2 of the user and a magnetic recording section 3, and the section 3 is magnetically recorded with the information of the user. In using the restaurant, the card 1 is handed over to a cashier, the cashier receiving the card inserts the card to a card reader 5, the information of the recording section 3 on the card 1 is inputted to a floppy disc 10 of a recorder 4. The order is inputted from menu keys on the recorder and the menu and its cost are displayed on display sections 7 and 8. When the end key is operated after the order, a receipt is issued from a receipt recording section 13, and the receipt and the card 1 are given to the user, allowing to save various office works. |
