PURPOSE:To avoid the contact between sintered compact to prevent the break and the deformation due to their mutual interference, by carrying out sintered compact onto a platen for every reciprocating motion of a packing case by an arm which is attached to capable of rocking to the tip of the packing case. CONSTITUTION:When the compacting cycle is terminated, a ram 2 rises, and sintered compact W1 are pushed up to the position of a platen 1 by an ejector 3. A packing case 4 is moved forward by the operation of a pusher cylinder 5 to pack the metallic powder supplied from a supply entrance 4a, and simultaneously, an arm 6 attached to the packing case 4 through a shaft 7 is moved also to carry out sintered compact W1 by partition wall 10. At this time, a guide roller 8 attached to the arm 6 is moved on a guide face 11a of a guide rail 11 while pushing up a movable rail 12; and after the packing is terminated, the guide roller 8 is returned to the original position through the movable rail 12, a fixed rail 13, and a cushion lever 14 according as the packing case 4 is moved backward, and simultaneously, the arm is retured to the horizontal position. |
