PURPOSE:To unnecessitate the conventional temperature detecting line by carrying but self temperature control by a heating element itself and enable simplification of the structure of the subject carpet and local heating thereof by successively laminating a self-temperature control type heating element, an equalizer sheet, and a surface cloth made of a moven material, on a back surface body made of a heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:A heating element 3 formed by bending in a zigzag shape a kneaded matter prepared by kneading in a band shape black carbon and a resin such as ionomer or the like, and having a self temperature control characteristic, is arranged on an adiabatic back surface body. An equalizer sheet 4 formed by laminating a plastic film on an aluminum foil is attached onto the heating element 3 to thereby form a heat generating part. Furthermore, a surface cloth 5 consisting of a carpet-like woven material made by loop weaving or the like, is covered on the sheet 4. A pair of electrodes 6 and 7 are mounted on both sides along the longitudinal direction of the heating element 3, and the electrodes are connected to the external control circuit through a plug pin 8. |
