A circuit arrangement for the analog/digital conversion of the value of a resistance, particularly of the measuring resistance (RM) of a temperature sensor, is proposed. In this arrangement, an integrator which is driven with a reference input signal of a first polarity in a reference phase and with a measurement input signal of opposite polarity in a measuring phase is used in a manner known per se, a measurement value finally being formed from the ratio of the time of reference and measuring phase. In this arrangement, currents are used as input signals, namely a reference current formed from a reference voltage (UB) and the input voltage of the integrator via a reference resistance (RR) as reference signal and a measuring current formed from the input voltage of the integrator via the measuring resistance (RM) as measurement signal. The input voltage of the integrator is constant and is obtained from the reference voltage (UB) by means of a voltage divider (R1, R2). <IMAGE>
