PURPOSE:To prevent a defective from being mixed, by comparing each measured value with a reference value set in advance and operating the result by a controller, deciding a quality code number, printing the code number to a piston, and also, printing each measured value and code number on recording paper. CONSTITUTION:The titled device consists of a base 11, a necessary number of marks 12, a rotary plate 13 for holding the marks 12, a motor 14 for rotate- driving the rotary plate 13, and an air cylinder 16 provided with an impact head 15 for hitting the mark 12 against a piston 10. A measurement is executed by a scaling device 1 and a measuring device 2, operation processing is executed by a controller 3, and a quality code number is outputted to a printing device 4. On the other hand, the piston 10 which is scaled and measured is set to a marking position on a base 11 of the printing device 4. Subsequently, when it is confirmed by a detecting switch 17 that the piston 10 is set, the impact head 15 is moved by the air cylinder 16, the mark 12 is hit against the upper surface of the piston 10, and a desired code number is marked automatically. |
