PURPOSE:To supply electric power with high reliability for a long period by using a filmy resistor as a resistor for dividing an output voltage to be compared with a reference voltage through a feedback loop, and obtaining a hybrid integrated circuit which includes other circuit constituent elements. CONSTITUTION:When an operating voltage and a desired output voltag VX are applied to a control circuit part CONT, a voltage VA=(R1/R0+R1)VV is developed at a point A. When the resistance value R0 of a resistor R0' is so trimmed that VA=Vref, VX=(R0+R1/R1)Vref, constituting a circuit CONT which controls the output voltage to a desired value VX invariably. The hybrid integrated circuit part CONT adjusted as mentioned above is used to constitute a switching power source device, preventing variation in output voltage due to variance in circuit element characteristics and a secular change. |
