PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency for production of a piezoelectric sound generator, by etching and blanking a copper foil and a flexible substrate lined with copper and at the same time sticking a piezoelectric element to the substrate. CONSTITUTION:A copper foil 5 is laminated on a single side of a flexible substrate 4 (a). A part of the foil 5 is exfoliated by etching to obtain a desired form of the foil 5 (b). Then plural areas of the substrate 4 are blanked at one time by a press blanking machine 6 (c). Thus numbers of flexible substrate lined with copper with which an etching process is through are obtained at one time (d). A disk-shape piezoelectric element is stuck at the center of each substrate by means of an adhesive like epoxy resin, etc. |
