A flame-retardant and radiation-resistant polymer composition comprising a polymer and a halogenated acenaphthylene condensate having a structural unit of the formula (I) or (II): <IMAGE> (I) <IMAGE> (II) (wherein X is chlorine or bromine, n and n' are each an integer of 2 to 6, R is a substituent other than halogen, m and m' are each an integer of 0 to 4, n (or N')+m(or m')</=6, and when m or m' is 2 or more, each R may be the same or different) and a flame-retardant and radiation-resistant resin molded product prepared therefrom are herein disclosed.
