PURPOSE:To perform registering simply by forming ultrafine light bands for registering having wavelength regions having no color sensitivity for printing materials on the positions corresponding to the register marks on the printing surfaces of every film original and aligning the register marks of film originals accurately to said ultrafine light bands. CONSTITUTION:A revolving shaft 20 of a galvanometer 1a and a reflecting mirror 18 are set at prescribed angles. A beam 17 of a sector shape is deflected at desired angles and arrives at a base plate 22, thereby forming an ultrafine light band 23 for registering in the desired position of the surface of the plate 22 and in the desired position in the Y-axis direction as well by the same effect. If the operator registers the register marks on the right and left at the center of the circumference in the image part of a film original to the band 23 formed in the Y-axis direction and the register marks at the center of the top and bottom to the band 23 formed in the X-axis direction respectively while adjusting the film original finely and fixes the film original to the surface of the print material where the marks are precistely registered, the film original is positioned and fixed precisely in the prescribed position on the surface of the print material. |
