PURPOSE:To increase a converting sensitivity, by a method wherein a section of a flexure is formed in a circle, and the length thereof is set to about 1/4 a wavelength of a natural oscillation frequency of a vibrating reed. CONSTITUTION:A vibrating body 1 is symmetrical to a central axis, it is provided with two laminar vibrating reeds 11, 12, being parallel to each other, and coupling pieces 13, 14 for the reeds, and the coupling pieces 13, 14 are coupled to fixtures 4, 5 with flexures 21 and 31. in this case, a length l of the flexure is selected within a range of l=lambda/4(1+ or -0.5) against the wavelength of the natural oscillation frequency of the vibration reed. The selection prevent leakage of a vibrating energy to the outside, reduces a resonance resistance, and increases a Q. |
