An undersea drilling platform incorporates a floatable hull with adjustable stands(14) & jacks(22). The stands can rise & fall in relation to the ull. The jacks connect the hull & the stands so as to raise the stands off the sea-bed. The hull(10) can then be navigated to a desired drilling site, the stands can be lowered to the sea-bed(18) & the hull can be raised above the surface of the water on the lowered stands. The hull has an opening between two of the stands, allowing the passage of guide-tubes. The structure with integrated elements & automatic erecting, possesses at the same time new supports for the drilling columns & the guide-tubes.
