The boat stand, partic. for a motor-boat, comprises a wall with two adjacent trestles in line. Each trestle incorporates two triangular frames (1) hinging together along one edge (3) to form a V-shaped support. Variation of the angle between the frames provides a coarse adjustment of the trestle supporting angle and allows lifting of the boat.
