PURPOSE:To facilitate the control with high reliability and to reduce the electric loss, by putting a serial circuit of the collector and emitter of a control transistor between an emitter circuit of a transistor in a bias oscillating circuit and an earth. CONSTITUTION:A power supply E is connected directly to a bias oscillating circuit 1 via a resistance R3, and a serial circuit of a resistance R2 and the collector and emitter of a control transistor TRQ6 is connected between the emitter of a TRQ1 and an earth. Thus the base current of the TRQ6 is controlled. That is, a base current is supplied to the base of the TRQ6 through a terminal (e), and the TRQ6 conducts to actuate the circuit 1. The working of the circuit 1 is discontinued when the base current is cut off. The loss of the base current is small since the TRQ6 has an npn structure. In such way, the control is facilitated with high reliability. |
