PURPOSE:To obtain the device which acquires the absorbing rate and emissivity simultaneously and directly, by arranging dummy heater plate on the back surface of a sample to be measured that is arranged in a shroud in a vacuum container, and controlling the heating temperature of the sample and dummy heater plate. CONSTITUTION:The shroud 2 can introduce liquid gas into a vacuum container 1 so as to cool the wall surface. The dummy heater plate 14 is arranged on the back surface of the sample to be measured 3 which is arranged in said shroud 2 through a heat insuating material 15. A control device 26 is provided and connected to the sample plate to be measured 3 through the dummy heater 14 and the thermocouple 24 as a sensor. The sample to be measured 3 is heated by the light beam from a lamp 20 in a xenon lamp house 9 which is provided on the top of the vacuum container 1. The temperatures of the sample to be measured 3 and the dummy heater plate 14 are controlled so that the temperature difference between the sample to be measured 3 and the dummy heater plate 14 becomes zero. |
