摘要 The arrangement comprises a rail network which consists of a plurality of electrically isolated movement routes (1; 2) and lateral routes (3; 4) between said movement groups, which branch at points (5; 6; 7; 8). A plurality of movement apparatuses (11; 12) in each case generate a movement voltage which predetermines the speed and movement direction of individual movement routes. In order to permit automatic operation of the toy with a plurality of locomotives without any risk of collision, the two points (e.g. 7; 8) which respectively belong to a lateral route are jointly set for movement through the lateral route (4) only when the locomotive can move into the ''new'' lateral route in a movement direction which corresponds to the movement direction predetermined there by the movement voltage. This is determined by a comparison of the movement voltage for the relevant movement routes, by means of a directional sensor circuit (22). A corresponding movement-direction relation signal is linked in a points-interface position (23; 24) to a change command signal for the points in such a manner that the change command signal is executed only if the movement direction relation is correct. The correct movement direction relation can mean an identical or opposite movement direction on the two movement routes depending on whether the relevant lateral route is a transfer (4) or a turning loop (3). Suitable electrical circuits for the controller explained, including the movement apparatuses, are also disclosed. <IMAGE>
