摘要 The device is used to obtain mechanical energy from heat energy, with a low heat potential. This is achieved by using the expansion of gases when heated. The device comprises a cylinder (1), around which hot and cold liquid flow alternately. Due to the reduction in volume when the colder liquid flows around the cylinder, the piston (2) at the outlet of the cylinder (1) is moved towards the cylinder (1) and draws in hydraulic fluid from the reservoir (5) via the nonreturn valve (3) (intake stroke). If warmer liquid then flows around the cylinder (1), the piston (2) moves away from the cylinder (1) due to the volume expansion, and presses the hydraulic fluid through the nonreturn valve (3) into the hydraulic motor (6) (pressure stroke). The flow of the liquids through the vessel (4) in which the cylinder (1) is situated is controlled via electrically controlled valves (8, 9, 10, 12, 13). There are temperature sensors (7) at the inlets and in the cylinder for recording the temperatures. The electric control compares the temperatures of the inlet and the cylinder. If the temperature difference has fallen to the desired value, the valves are controlled in such a way that the vessel is emptied. If the flow-monitoring device (11) indicates that the vessel is empty, the next cycle begins. <IMAGE>
