PURPOSE:To loosen the dimensional accuracy of parts, facilitate working, and reduce fraction defective by using a centering control jig which is fit in a hole that is identical with the inner diameter of a waveguide tube. CONSTITUTION:A waveguide tube 1 is only cut to required length and fitting working such as steps is not applied to its tip. On the other hand, only a hole that is identical with the inner diameter of the waveguide tube is worked in a flange 2. Besides, both the waveguide tube 1 and flange 2 control reciprocal centering by a jig 4 that is fit tightly in the waveguide tube and are welded by brazing with the jig. Thus, by using the centering control jig 4, the tip working of the waveguide tube 1 can be removed and the high dimensional accuracy working of the flange 2 for fitting be also removed. Moreover, since the centering control of the waveguide tube 1 and the inner diameter of the flange 2 is performed by the centering control jig 4, steps need not be stretched out or an electrical characteristics failure may not be caused. |
