PURPOSE:To attain high-speed response, by providing a circuit integrating a rectangular waveform output of an analog subtractor, a circuit holding the value through the sampling of the output and a circuit integrating the output and connecting the output to a negative terminal of said subtractor. CONSTITUTION:An analog subtractor 8 subtracts an analog output of a D/A converter from an output 2 of a conversion circuit 5. The 1st integration circuit 9 integrates the rectangular wave output of the analog subtractor 8. A sample holding circuit 10 samples the output of the 1st integration circuit 9 at each synchronism T of the conversion circuit 5 and holds the value. The 2nd integration circuit 11 is a circuit integrating the output of the sample holding circuit 10 and used for a PI controlling circuit or a PID controlling circuit. An analog output terminal 12 is connected to the output line of the 2nd integration circuit 11 and also connected to a negative input line of the analog subtractor 8. As a result, the slowness of the response speed and a ripple can be improved. |
