PURPOSE:To recover waste heat effectively, by making use of a permeable solid, in a radiant tube which is applied to a heating furnace. CONSTITUTION:An opening of exhaust gas of a radiant tube 3 provided in a heating furnace is constituted with partitions 6 and 7 formed cylindrically by laminating permeable solids made of stainless steel wire netting and a heat exchanger 18 provided within the cylindrical partition 6 and 7. Combustion gas from a burner, which passes through a space between the partition 6 and a tube body 4 and the partition 6 enters into a heat exchanger 17 after heating the tube body 4 of a tube 3 mainly through convection heating. Exhaust gas is discharged through the partition 7 after heating the heat exchanger 18 through the convection heating. The partition 7 is heated up to a high temperature, which heats the heat exchanger 18 mainly through the convection heating. |
