PURPOSE:To extract a liquefied gas easily and surely in a measuring apparatus using the liquefied gas, by sealing one pipe of a liquefied gas reservoir and removing the residual liquefied gas from the other pipe. CONSTITUTION:When a vapor gas pipe 5 of one pipe of two pipes of a liquid nitrogen reservoir 1 communicating to the atmosphere is sealed by a screw cover, etc. after finishing the measurement or vapor deposition, a liquefied gas such as the liquid nitrogen 10 in the reservoir 1 used for the measurement of low-temperature physical properties or vacuum vapor deposition, etc., is removed easily and accurately from a liquid nitrogen inserting pipe 4 of the other pipe. As a result, the occurrence of bad influences due to the next measurement using residual liquid nitrogen or sticking of moisture to the vapor deposition, etc., is prevented. |
