发明名称 AUXILIARY MAGNETIC POLE DISCK OF ROTARY MAGNETIC HEAD ASSEMBLY
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an auxiliary magnetic pole disk for vertical magnetization recording which facilitates the manufacture of a rotary magnetic head assembly, by providing a synthetic resin layer, which has a surface in the same level as the magnetic core end surface of an auxiliary magnetic pole implanted in a disk, on a disk surface. CONSTITUTION:A disk 50 made of a nonmagnetic material has holes 51 and 51 wherein auxiliary magnetic poles (ap) are fitted, and are provided with pins 52 and 52 to which the windings 7b of the auxiliary magnetic poles are connected. The magnetic core 7a of each auxiliary magnetic pole (ap) is made of a soft magnetic material rod with high magnetic permeability; part of it is provided with the winding 7b and the other part where the winding 7b is not present is fitted and held in the hole 51. The auxiliary magnetic poles (ap) are held in the holes 51 of the disk 50, which is placed in metallic molds 54 and 55 and plastics is injected to form an auxiliary magnetic pole disk having the auxiliary magnetic poles (ap) whose end surfaces coincide with a disk surface. Consequently, connection with the winding is performed on the reverse surface of the auxiliary magnetic pole disk 3 through the connection pins, so an amplifier and a circuit for signal switching are constituted easily on the reverse surface side of the disk 3.
