PURPOSE:To eliminate the leakage of the electrolyte by immersing a pair of electrodes made of the semiconductor in the electrolytic liquid containing the bridged macromolecular compound gel containing the ferocenejil and ferricenejil thereby reducing the air dispersion without sacrifice of the ion transmission. CONSTITUTION:The electrolytic liquid 2 containing the bridged macromolecular ferrocene compound gel containing the ferrocenejil and the ferricenejil is placed in the battery shell 1 to be contacted with the semiconductor 3, insulator 5 and the pair electrode 6. The semiconductor 3 is ohmic contacted with the metal 4 and the rear side of the insulator 5 is insulated electrically. In this photoelectric converter, when irradiating the light 9 onto the surface of the semiconductor 3 the power can be taken out from the metal 4 and the pair electrode 6 through the power take-out lines 7, 8. |
