<p>PURPOSE:To achieve work employing master pallet without suspending the work by taking in master pallet at the predetermined station by a system wherein the master pallet is made to squeeze itself in the work pallets on conveyor which is in operation. CONSTITUTION:When master pallet calling instructional signal by a call switch 11 is given to the central control circuit 24 through any station, circuit 24 gives pallet conveying signals to the master pallet housing station 7, 8 to convey out the master pallet on a conveyor. Pallet discriminating circuit 17, when the pellet is the master pallet, gives a signal to a comperative circuit 15, and when the signals from both memory circuit 14 and discriminating circuit 17 are in accord, the circuit 15 gives a signal in accord to a drive circuit 18 on the pallet control circuit to drive a pallet take-in unit. When the signals are not in accord, the stopper control circuit 19 is added to pass the pallet.</p> |
