PURPOSE:To increase the thermal efficiency of an incinerator by dispersingly feeding the material to be incinerated such as sludge, uniformly, to the surface of a furnace-bed, by forcedly feeding and dispersing the sludge to the inside of a furnace from the top, as well as to divide it into fine pieces. CONSTITUTION:The material to be incinerated is fed into a cylindrical casing 5, after it is fed into a screw feeder 9. The sludge and the material to be incinerated is cut into fine pieces by a ribbon screw 26 which turns in the casing 5, driven by a motor 17. The sludge cut into pieces is continuously dispersed to be burnt to the bed part 2 of a fluidized bed furnace, uniformly, as shown by a sign B, by the centrifugal force of a ribbon screw 26. |
