<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the error of assembling a semiconductor device by providing an electrode identifying discriminator at a lead itself. CONSTITUTION:Three leads 2-4 are projected at the prescribed interval from one side of a package 1 which is formed of a rectangular resin. In a transistor 5, a mark A is printed on the marking surface (front surface) of a package 1, and the leads 2-4 are aligned from left to right for an emitter E, a collector C and a base B as seen from the mark surface side. The central collector lead 3 is formed entirely of a fine lead, and the emitter and base leads 2, 4 form a discriminator 6 projected outside at the root of the package 1. The discriminator 6 of the lead 2 is directed upwardly, and the discriminator 6 of the lead 4 is directly downwardly in a triangular shape gradually extending. The lead 3 of the same thickness as a central body is straight for the discriminator.</p> |
