PURPOSE:To generate no error in an indicating value of dry bulb and wet bulb temperatures even if the quantity of air drops, by providing a branch air duct provided with a constant flow rate device, on a main air duct, and executing a measurement under the condition of a constant wind velocity. CONSTITUTION:On a chamber 13, a blow-out side air duct 14 and a suction side air duct 15 are provided, and a signal is sent to an electric damper 17 and the quantity of blow-out air is controlled so that constant differential pressure can be held by a differential pressure controller 16. On the blow-out side air duct 14 and the suction side air duct 15, a branch air duct 18 provided with a constant flow rate device 20 is provided, respectively, and by a dry bulb temperature detector 21 and a wet bulb temperature detector 22, provided on the back flow side of the constant flow rate device 20, dry bulb and wet bulb temperatures are measured at a wind velocity exceeding a constant value. In this way, it is possible to always obtain a humidity indicating value even if the opening of the damper 17 is changed. |
