PURPOSE:To enrich editing functions, by specifying the whole or a part of a figure, etc. and cutting out them into a rectangular region, and moving, deleting, copying and registrating the part as required. CONSTITUTION:The 1st-3rd coordinates of a cursor coordinate register 10' are set to the 1st-3rd coordinate registers 14-16 corresponding to the key operation on a keyboard 13. Cut-out control sections 11-0 and 11-1 cut out the content of a rectangular region of a display screen of a display 4 designated with the content of the 1st coordinate register 14 and that of the 2nd coordinate register 15 at least and store the content to a work memory 13. The cut-out content is given to a display memory 9 via a superimposing control section 12, moved on a display screen of the display 4, deleted, copied or registrated. |
