PURPOSE:To effectively cool a lamp and an object to be irradiated, by sucking air being around an ultraviolet lamp from the inside of a lamp passive reflector, air-cooling it, and absorbing infrared rays from the lamp by a water tank provided with an ultraviolet passing plate on the bottom plate. CONSTITUTION:In the lower direction of a semi-cylindrical lamp passive reflector 2 having a suction duct 3 in the center part, an ultraviolet lamp 1 is suspended, and in the lower direction of the lamp 1, a thin box-type water tank 5 having a bottom plate consisting of an ultraviolet transmitting plate 6 of quartz glass, etc. is placed. Subsequently, right under the water tank 5, an object to be irradiated 10 is placed, is supplied into the water tank 5 from a water supplying nozzle 7, and draining is executed from a drain pipe 9 through a chute part 9 provided on the other end part of the water tank 5. Subsequently, air in the passive reflector 2 is sucked through the duct 3 by driving a suction device. After that, the lamp 1 is turned on, air being around the lamp 1 is cooled, also among light beams radiated from the lamp 1, infrared rays are absorbed in water, ultraviolet rays containing a visible light beam pass through the water tank 5, are irradiated to the object to be irradiated 10, and it is hardened. |
