Each motif of the decoration comprises a central zone (Z1) cut in the shape of a star and a peripheral zone (Z2) also cut preferably in the shape of a star. The star of the central zone is produced by milling, making an annular hollow (C1) delimiting a central projection (S1) with a circular base and by making crosswise diametrical grooves (C2) using a tool with a triangular profile rotating about a horizontal axis (O) located perpendicular to the centre of the said projection (S1). <IMAGE>
