PURPOSE:To perform the four wheel driving with a simple constitution by coupling the axle for driving rear wheel axles with an auxiliary speed change unit in parallel with wheel axles. CONSTITUTION:An output drive gear 6 of a transmission 4 drives the final deceleration gear 5. The driving force is further transmitted to a differential unit 11 for front wheels through an auxiliary speed change unit 8. A gear 22 of the auxiliary speed change unit is coupled with a gear 26 of an intermediate axle 24, which drives the output axle 31 for rear wheel axles. High and low speeds can be switched by switching a sleeve 10 to the right or the left. The axle for driving rear wheel axles is coupled with the intermediate gear of the auxiliary speed change unit, thereby the four wheel driving can be easily performed. |
