PURPOSE:To eliminate the distortion of an output signal, by applying a signal which is in phase with and has the same amplitude with the output signal to the gate of a switching FET through a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:When a switch S is changed over to a side V, an FETW turns off. An input signal (e) is outputted to an output terminal 1 and also amplified by a buffer amplifier A to obtain an in-phase signal having the same amplitude. This amplified signal is applied to the gate of the FETQ through a capacitor C. Therefore, the junction capacity of the FETQ varies with the amplitude of the input signal (e) to cancel distortion that the input signal is to have. |
