PURPOSE:To prepare a vegetable calcium papaw with a high content of particularly Ca and vitamin B2, by sorting a papaw after collecting into a fruit and branches and leaves, drying them in the sun and shade respectively to a given dryness in two stages, roughly crushing the dried fruit, branches and leaves, and further grinding down the crushed fruit, branches and leaves. CONSTITUTION:A mature fruit of papaw is collected with branches and leaves, and all of them are kept at 20-25 deg.C and dried in the sun and shade to give a moisture content of about 35%. The sun-dried fruit, branches and leaves are finely cut to a size of about 2cm and then dried in the shade to give a moisture content of 10-15% (the dryness of 85-90%). The finely cut and dried fruit, branches and leaves of the papaw are then pulverized to a particle size of 24 mesh and further pulverized to a particle size of 80 mesh. The pulverized material is the ground in a stone mill, etc. to give the aimed vegetable calcium papaw product. The resultant purified papaw is added to a food, chemical, etc. without toxicity. |
