PURPOSE:To reduce the leakage of a foam raw material from an injection hole, which results in obtaining a molded product having a neat finishing, by a method wherein one side of a parison is pulled outward, a part thereof is overlapped and is placed in a split mold, and a foam raw material is injected in the mold. CONSTITUTION:One side of a parison 11 extruded through a die 10 is stretched out by an appropriate means, a part thereof is overlapped, the parison 11 is placed in a split mold 12 so that the overlapped spot 11a is firmly adhered, the mold is closed, compressed air is fed into the parison 11 to inflate it to obtain a blow molding 200 which has a skin and a lid part 2 at the overlapped spot 11a connected to the skin. The work is removed from the split mold 12, a raw material injecting port 3, which has an open area being smaller than the area of one side of the lid part 2, is cut in a position being adjacent to the lid part 2. After a foam raw material is injected through the port 3, the lid part 2 is inserted in the back of the injecting port 3 to close the injecting port 3 to foam the raw material. |
