PURPOSE:To eliminate switching where a signal level is high, and to use a horizontal deflecting circuit in common, by switching and displaying the signal obtained by converting a standard system TV signal and a different TV system signal. CONSTITUTION:Memory circuits 19 and 22 store a standard-system signal in a one horizontal scanning (1H) period, and while one of those circuit is in writing operation, the contents of the other are read once at a speed (n) times as high as that in the writing opeation during a period 1/n-th as long as a 1H period succeeding said writing period. Signals read out of the circuits 19 and 22 and the standard-system TV signal are switched by switchsng circuits 18 and 23 at every 1H period and inputted to the circuits 19 and 22. Signals read out of the circuits 19 and 22 are fed back (n-1) times and read out successively (n) times at a speed (n) times as high as that in the writing operation. Then, the converted signal of the standard system TV signal and a received another TV system signal are switched and displayed. |
