PURPOSE:To automatically take out, true up and stack thin iron sheets intermittently brought by a conveyor or the like. CONSTITUTION:When an iron sheet 26b brought by a conveyor 2 has come into contact with a detector 20, an air cylinder 16 acts to displace a stop plate 15 to its vertical position so that the front end of the iron sheet collides against the stop plate. As a result, the posture of the iron sheet is controlled. Because of the action of a timer, the air cylinder 16 acts again in the opposite direction to return the stop plate 15 to its horizontal position so that the iron sheet 26b having been blocked resumes moving forth. The speed of the iron sheet 26b is increased by a magnet roller 3 so that the iron sheet slightly overreaches a preset longitudinal true-up reference plate 22 and lateral true-up reference plates 24. After that, a pusher 23 acts to finally correct the iron sheet 26c from the overreach position to a regular position. Such operation is repeated to stack iron sheets. |
