ELECTRONIC CLINICAL THERMOMETER

PURPOSE:To obtain a super-mini digital electronic clinical thermometer easy to integrate by using a temperature detection oscillator for forming. CONSTITUTION:Output phi12 of a reference oscillator 402 are divided with a divider 403 and a divider 404 capable of setting division ratio with the input of of a program input terminal 3. With a reference phi15 divided as a gate signal, outputs of a temperature detection oscillator 1 are connected 406. A counting circuit 406 which is preset with a set input 407 substrates input phi16 and turned to the addition mode when the output phi18 is 0. The output phi18 is latched 408 by a clock signal phi28 and transferred to a register 409 by a clock signal phi29. Outputs phi22 of the register 409 is transferred to a driviing circuit 412 to drive a display element 4. The driving circuit 412 holds data of the register 409 when the output of a comparator circuit 410 goes to H as the temperature becomes constant thereby enabling reading even when the thermometer is separated from the measuring position.
