PURPOSE:To keep the single-cycle transmission characteristic of an input shaft torque unchanged regardless of the gear ratio of a sample in a control system by multiplying a torque command value of an output shaft for a load absorbing machine by a revolution ratio between the input shaft and the output shaft. CONSTITUTION:A driving machine 3 with a revolution detector 2 is connected to the input shaft side of a sample 8 through a torque meter 6 while a load absorbing machine 14 with a revolution detector 15 is connected to the output shaft thereof. Frequency voltage converters 4 and 16 convert pulses from the detectors 2 and 15 to voltage and generate speed detection signals. A speed controller 5 controls revolution of the input shaft to a specified value. A current detector 17 detects current of the load absorbing machine 14 to ensure that a torque controller 13 controls a torque on the output shaft side to a value proportional to a fixed current command value from a multiplier 12. A torque command value observed from the input shaft side among outputs of an arithmetic device 10 is multiplied by revolution ratio signals between the output shaft and the input shaft from a divider 11 by means of a multiplier 12. The result is used as a current command value for the torque controller 13. |
