In a cine head having a platform which is secure against rotation and arranged on the centre column of a camera stand, a clamping body provided with at least one face rising in the shape of a wedge in the axial direction is arranged on the centre column. Supported on this clamping body is a radially rotatable clamping ring on which there rests an annular gear which is fastened elastically to the basic body and can be brought into engagement with a correspondingly constructed tooth system of the cine head. The annular gear can be connected in this case to the upper edge of the basic body via thin, radial webs.
