<p>PURPOSE:To make temperature setting easy, by constructing a temperature control circuit with a heat-sensing thyristor. CONSTITUTION:When start switch 7 is closed, a circuit consisting of power supply 1-operation coil 61-switch 7-switch 8-power supply 1 is formed and self-maintained with contacts 61 and 62 closed. When the temperature in the glow-discharge heater is low,heat-sensing thyristor 31 is not conducting. Hence, an output is given from temperature control circuit 30 and high-pressure pulse generating circuit 23 is activated. Consequently, a glow discharge takes place between discharge electrodes 51 and 52, and the object in the heating tank is heated.</p> |
